Our Music
The X-Structure does not try to follow any particular style or genre of music but uses the music as an expression and the retelling of a journey to wherever the music takes us.
Our style progresses back and forth and takes inspiration from all parts of life, both now and back then. A common thread however can be found in our music and can be described as downtempo, trip-hop, electronica, breakbeat, chillout, cinematic, and always experimental, and finally our very own coined genres, space-trip, spacehop and spacetronica.

The Past
Before Westcoast Trip, in and around the days of night, many a song were written by the enigmatic musician known as nightowl, but only a few had ever seen the light of day. Now, 7 years later, after re-discovering 4 unreleased tracks in an old dusty chest in their attic, with the source files nowhere to be found, The X-Structure decided to release them as they were, as they were made, to tell the story of a time now past.
